Do you offer a warranty on MIDI controllers and mixers?
Yes, all hardware sold through DJ TechTools includes a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for additional peace of mind during your performances.
What is your return policy for opened hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened but in like-new condition, a restocking fee may apply. Please note that software licenses and downloaded content are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally and cover customs fees?
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local government.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
