Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DJ TechTools account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, then secure it inside a separate shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if eligible) or your own carrier label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
